2025

20–30s struggle to

keep saving habits

budgeting apps feel boring and
disconnected from

real financial growth.

Problem

Gamified, community-driven saving

can make it fun and

naturally lead to financial products.

Solution

Boosts saving consistency,
keeps users motivated, and

guides them toward

long-term asset building.

Outcome

Loud Budgeting is a local savings community where friends team up to manage money—loudly.
Share neighbourhood-based saving habits, build up funds together through gamified challenges, and ditch the complicated spreadsheets.

It's simple, social, and fun.

*Applied the Lean UX Process

01. I first defined the primary target audience to ensure the solution

directly addressed their needs.

02. Using survey data and AI analysis, I derived behavioural insights to

design solutions aligned with users’ saving habits.

03. To validate feasibility, I created an affinity diagram to identify

core functions and a concept model to visualise user–service interactions.

04. A usability test was conducted with industry professionals.

Their feedback, both expected and surprising, helped refine the overall usability.
